Started back in 2009, we weren't trying to reinvent the wheel or anything. Just wanted to create buildings that don't scream "look at me" but instead whisper "I belong here."

Based right in the heart of Kyiv, we've watched our city transform over the years. And honestly? That's shaped how we think about architecture - it's gotta respect where it comes from while pushing toward something better.

What Drives Us

Look, we're not gonna pretend we've got all the answers. But after 14 years of doing this, we've learned a thing or two about what makes spaces work.

Context Matters

Every building sits somewhere specific. We spend weeks just walking around the neighborhood, talking to locals, understanding what's already there. Can't design in a vacuum.

Future-Proof Thinking

Buildings outlive us all. So we're constantly asking ourselves - will this make sense in 50 years? What about 100? It's about legacy, not just deliverables.

Real Collaboration

We're not the type to hand you a finished design and say "take it or leave it." Our best projects came from countless coffee-fueled conversations with clients who challenged our ideas.

32-unit residential complex that somehow managed to fit into a historic neighborhood without looking like it's trying too hard. Took us 3 years from concept to completion.
