Every building tells a story. Here's where vision met concrete, glass, and a whole lot of coffee-fueled nights. These aren't just projects - they're pieces of cities we helped bring to life.
Honestly, this one was a challenge we didn't see coming. The client wanted something that'd fit into Podil's historic vibe but still feel like you're living in 2024. We went with clean lines, locally-sourced materials, and rooftop gardens that actually work (not just for show). 120 apartments, zero cookie-cutter layouts.
Tech companies don't want boring boxes anymore - they want spaces where developers actually wanna show up. We built this with collaboration in mind: open floors, tons of natural light, and meeting rooms that don't feel like interrogation chambers. The triple-glazed facade cuts energy costs by 40%, which the client loves.
Turned a forgotten industrial zone into a public space people actually use. Bike paths, cafes, native plants - the works. Sometimes urban planning isn't about building up, it's about opening things up.
Completed 2023 | 22,000 sq.m
Restoring century-old buildings is like surgery - one wrong move and you've ruined something irreplaceable. We kept the original facade, updated everything behind it. Now it's a boutique hotel that respects its past.
Completed 2021 | 3,200 sq.m
A private residence that sits in the mountains like it grew there. Geothermal heating, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the peaks, and local stone everywhere. The client wanted "cozy luxury" - think we nailed it.
Completed 2023 | 450 sq.m
Mixed-use developments are tricky - you're juggling retail, offices, and public spaces all in one. This project in Lviv's business district blends all three without anyone getting in each other's way. The courtyard's become a local hangout spot, which wasn't even planned but we'll take credit anyway.
We've got three major projects kicking off this year - a transit hub that's gonna change how people move through the city, an eco-residential development outside Kyiv, and a historic factory conversion that's got us equal parts excited and terrified. Can't share details yet, but check back in a few months.
