The folks who turn blueprints into reality and coffee into architecture
Lead Architect & Founder
Started this whole thing back in 2009 after getting tired of seeing cookie-cutter buildings everywhere. Studied at the Kyiv National University of Construction and did a stint in Copenhagen - that's where I got hooked on sustainable design.
Philosophy: "Every building should earn its place in the skyline. If it's not adding something meaningful to the urban fabric, why build it? I'm all about making spaces that people actually want to be in, not just look at in renders."
Urban Planning Director
Came up through city planning departments before joining the team. Spent way too many hours walking neighborhoods and figuring out what makes them tick. These days I'm obsessed with how we can build density without losing character.
Philosophy: "Cities are living organisms, not just collections of buildings. My job's making sure everything we design plays nice with what's already there - respecting history while pushing things forward. Plus, if it doesn't work for actual people, what's the point?"
Interior Design Lead
Jumped from fashion design to interiors because I wanted to create stuff people could actually live with. Worked on everything from tiny apartments to massive commercial lobbies. Big believer in making beautiful spaces accessible, not just for folks with unlimited budgets.
Philosophy: "Interiors should feel like they've always been there, you know? Not screaming 'look at me' but just quietly making life better. I'm after that sweet spot where form meets function and nobody's sacrificing comfort for aesthetics."
Senior Structural Engineer
PE, 14 YearsThe guy who makes sure our wild ideas don't fall down. Loves a good engineering challenge and has saved us from ourselves more times than I can count. If it's structurally ambitious, he's in.
Sustainability Consultant
LEED AP, 8 YearsOur environmental conscience. She's the one pushing us to think beyond just energy efficiency - lifecycle impacts, material sourcing, all that good stuff. Makes sustainability actually achievable, not just aspirational.
Senior Project Manager
PMP, 11 YearsThe organized one who keeps everything on track. Somehow manages to herd architects (not easy), wrangle contractors, and keep clients happy all at once. If there's a deadline, he'll make sure we hit it.
Let's grab a coffee and talk about your project. No pressure, no sales pitch - just good conversation about architecture and possibilities.
